Join ASCM naturalists at our Audrey Carroll Audubon Sanctuary near Mount Airy for a Bob Schaefer Nature Outing. Get outside and enjoy our first birding walk of the year. The winter season is a perfect time to see the birds that spend the winter at our sanctuary. Check out our meadows, pond, and woodlands and learn to identify birds by sight and sound. 

People of all ages are welcome to explore the sanctuary with us! No restroom facilities are available. The walk will be canceled in the event of inclement weather.

The event is free, but donations are always welcome to help us maintain our beautiful sanctuaries and support all of our efforts to help us make a home for birds. Thank you!
