Join us at the Fred Archibald Audubon Sanctuary in New Market for a Bob Schaefer Series Nature Walk,. We’ll see wintering birds and possibly some very early spring migrants. Buds will be swelling, waiting for warm weather. The sanctuary’s meadows and forests offer habitats for a range of bird species and other wildlife.

Novice and experienced birders will enjoy this walk. Participants should dress for cold weather and bring binoculars (some binoculars will be available to borrow).

Meet at 9 a.m. at the entrance to the sanctuary, which is at 6011 Boyers Mill Rd, New Market, MD 21774.
No restroom facilities. The walk will be cancelled in the event of extreme weather or deep snow.
